In-House Development of Double Stranded DNA Binding ELISA Kit to Detect SLE Patients Developed a cost-effective in-house ELISA kit for detecting anti-dsDNA antibodies to support early diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). 2. Transcriptomic Profiling of HPV-Driven Cervical Cancer to Identify Potential Biomarkers Analyzed differential gene expression in HPV-associated cervical cancer and identified potential biomarker panels using machine learning approaches. 3. Brain Tumor Detection from MRI Images Designed an MRI-based brain tumor detection and grading system in MATLAB using morphological feature extraction. 4. Biomechanical Analysis and Material Optimization for Dental Screw Performed finite element analysis to optimize dental screw design and material selection for improved mechanical stability and durability. 5. Synthesis and Characterization of Hydrogel using PVA, Gelatin and Glutaraldehyde Synthesized and characterized PVA–Gelatin–Glutaraldehyde hydrogel using chemical crosslinking method, and evaluated its mechanical, swelling, and biocompatibility properties. 6. Server-Client Based Wireless Surgical Robotic Assistant with a 3-DOF Robotic Arm Developed a server-client based wireless surgical robot with a 3-DOF robotic arm using ESP32 for remote tool handling. 7. Voice Assist App for Mute Individuals Developed a Bangla voice-assisted mobile application enabling communication and emergency alerts for vocally impaired users.
