“Introduction to Home Automation” Workshop Held for Level 1 and 2 Students
The MIST Robotics Club organized a free 2.5-hour online workshop titled "Introduction to Home Automation: Build Your Own Smart Home Project" in collaboration with ZerOne Training Academy on July 12, 2025. The workshop, designed exclusively for Level 1 and Level 2 students, was conducted online from 18:30 to 21:00 via Zoom.
A total of 48 students from various departments of MIST actively joined the highly interactive session. Participants explored the fundamentals of smart home technology, including Arduino basics, sensor integration, automation concepts, real-time circuit simulation using Wokwi, and Arduino programming.
This workshop has contributed to enhancing technical awareness and fostering interest in Arduino and automation-based projects among junior students.
